房間還可以，有點偏僻，房間裡有壁虎有點嚇人，周圍運動設施挺全，能看出來曾經的輝煌，服務人員有點不專業，總的來講還可以吧

Nice stay semua ok bersih facilities pon cukup untuk kita buat activity. Anak kami pon sgt happy mandi dekat pool. Cuma ad sedikit rasa kesal dengan 1 foreign worker dia kata untuk bilik kiteorg 0419 tak boleh access any pool selain di level 2 punya tu. Mlm call receptionist diorang kata boleh. So dpt la mandi sekejP dekat pool sport centre tu sebelum checkout. Brekfes so far ok banyak jenis makanan. Staff lain semua ok semua baik2 n sangat membantu lagi2 uncle yg ddk dekat tempat org turun naik kereta tu. Sgt membantu tetamu untuk loading barang.

Nice place to stay. Cleanliness: Good and tidy. Location: Easy to reach and peaceful. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities: Facilities were good and enough for a relaxing stay. Overall, a good experience. Would come again!

The place was huge, and all staff are friendly. We never get bored as there are a lot of activities to be done here at Pulai Springs Resort. We had so much fun and my kids had a blast. We would definitely come back and bring the whole gang.
